Born on 01-04-1965 at Shimla. Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of HP in 1989. Presently, Elected Chairman of Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh. Earlier elected unanimously as President of Shimla Bar Association in 2008. Remained Chairman of Shimla Bar Association Advocates Welfare and Chamber Society from 2014 to 2021.
